Who is responsible for your data

Estela, based in Barcelona, Spain, is the data controller.

What we collect

From the waitlist form: your name, email, whether you're a family member or a funeral professional, and the flight you're interested in.
From a reservation: your name, email and payment details, which Stripe processes. We receive confirmation of payment, not your card number.

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Why we use it

To email you about flights, dates and your reservation, based on the consent you give on the form.
To process and, if you ask, refund your reservation, which is needed to carry out the reservation you made.
To keep payment records the law requires us to keep.

Who else handles it

Netlify hosts this site and stores form submissions. Stripe processes payments. Both act on our instructions under data processing agreements. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Waitlist details stay until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Payment records are kept for as long as Spanish tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy. You can withdraw consent at any time; every email includes a way to unsubscribe. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
