Reservation terms

What the reservation is
A reservation is a €50 payment that holds your place in the queue for Estela's first booking round. When flight dates are confirmed, reservation holders are offered places before anyone else, in the order they reserved.
What it isn't
A reservation is not a payment towards, or a contract for, a funeral, memorial, cremation or spaceflight service. It doesn't oblige you to buy anything, and it doesn't oblige Estela to provide a flight. Any flight you later choose will be agreed separately, with its own terms and price.
Refunds
- You can ask for a full refund of the €50 at any time, for any reason, until you choose to book a flight.
- Ask by replying to your reservation email. We'll refund to the card you paid with within 14 days.
- If Estela doesn't open bookings for flights, or stops operating, we'll refund every reservation in full without you needing to ask.
These rights are in addition to your statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days.
If you book a flight
If you go on to book a flight, we'll deduct the €50 from the flight price.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Estela never sees or stores your full card details.
